Before your story, a word on ours.
I built The Noir Reserve for the version of myself who was leading, building, and still looking for a room that understood both the weight and the possibility of that. If that’s where you are, I’d like to know your story. Every request that comes through is read by me directly, so take your time with it.
Why we ask
The Noir Reserve was built on four things: ownership, true community, accountability, and cultural celebration. We ask for a fuller picture of who you are and what you’re building because the room only works if it’s considered, not because we’re collecting names.
What we look for
Every request is read personally. We ask that each guest bring at least twelve years of professional experience, with meaningful time spent leading, building, or investing. Beyond that, those in the room share four things.
- Established influence. You lead, fund, or shape something with real reach.
- An ownership mindset. You think in terms of equity, legacy, and what gets passed forward.
- Generosity. You bring as much as you hope to gain, whether that is capital, counsel, access, or perspective.
- Trust. What is shared here stays here, and your word means something.
This isn't a room for pitching. The best introductions here happen through trust, not a sales deck.
Titles and industries vary. Alignment does not.
